What we collect

When you send a request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, email address, and any phone number, organization, quantities and message you choose to include. We also record the IP address the request came from, only to limit spam and abuse.

How we use it

We use your details to confirm your email address, reply to your request and provide the service you ask about. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Your equipment and data

If you hand us a computer to repair or equipment to recycle, we only access the data needed to do the work. Please tell us in advance if the device holds especially sensitive information.

Keeping it and removing it

We keep requests for as long as needed to answer them and keep a business record of the work. To ask us to correct or delete your details, send a request through the contact form.

Cookies

The site uses a single cookie to keep forms secure and to keep staff signed in to the admin area. It does not track you across other sites.
